Key accountabilities:

    - Material – technical support of the warehouse
    - Organization of material delivery processes
    - Coordination of activity between stocks, as well as control of proper use of stock materials
    - Planning of working processes for warehouse employees
    - Support of timely and planned scope of procurement for warehouse
    - Permanent interaction with procurement department
    - Optimization of the warehouse operations' performance
    - Organize of safety storing, and accounting (inventory) of materials at warehouse according to the established processes
    - Storage of materials on identified system using LOTUS software
    - Organize of acceptance and verification of materials
    - Control documentation (reception, registration, and storage of waybills and certificates for the goods)
    - Communication with procurement officer teams for monitoring urgent and further orders
    - Carry out of stock inventory and inspections

Required skills/experience:

    - Higher education
    - Experience of warehouse work (head of warehouse) not less than 3-5 years
    - Knowlege of Warehouse Managment System
    - Languages: Azerbaijan (excellent), Russian (excellent), English (upper-intermediate)
    - Software skills: MS Office, Outlook Express, Lotus
    - Excellent ability to work with huge information flow

    - Analytical thinking, consistency
    - Ability to manage multitask situations successfully
    - Activity, stress resistance
