Joint Venture company looking for Human Resource Manager and prospective applicants must fulfill the following requirements:
 
•         University Degree
•         Minimum 6-8 years of working experience in Human Resource
•         Able to handle independently setting up HR policies, procedures and operations
•         Handle all recruitment, training and professional development of employees
•         Excellent knowledge of MS Office
•         Excellent knowledge of labor code and labor laws
•         English, Azeri and Russian languages excellent written and verbal
