JOB SUMMARY

Provides support to operational units in various fields of Human Resources function.
 
JOB DUTIES

• Responsible for implementation of Recruitment & Selection process for selected positions
• Contributes in development and efficient implementation of Employee Relations process
• Contributes in efficient implementation of Onboarding Programs
• Conducts market researches as a contribution in Company Retention program
• Contributes in HR Development Programs
• Makes monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
• Operates with various HR software
• Implements other projects and tasks as assigned by HRP Manager and HRD


REQUIREMENTS

• Basic HR Management

• Project Management
• Presentation
• Reporting, Proffessional e-maling
• Fluent in English, Azeri and Russian is an advantage
• PC Literacy (MS Office)
• Planning & Organizing

• Written & verbal communication


Education & Experience

• University Degree
• At least 2 years experience in HR function in international environment with focus on Recruitment & Selection
