Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all human resource activities including employment/dismissal, preparation of labor contracts / agreements, creating an employee's vacation plan and controlling its execution
• Interview job applicants, review resum, evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.
• Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, other recruitment sources.
• Design and conduct new employee orientations.
• Recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses.
• Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain human resource data bases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
 
• Minimum Experience – 1 year;
• University degree
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Knowledge of Azeri, Russian and English;

Salary: 400-600 AZN
