Caspian Investment and Development Corporation (“CIDC”) is embarking on a major project in the production of fast moving consumer goods and the production of raw materials to facilitate this strategy with the development of a new plant.
The Baku based state of the art manufacturing works requires the assembly of a project team with high skill, proven potential and the ability to drive the vision of CIDC.
We are currently seeking HR Manager to join the Company.
The duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Deliver a comprehensive HR services
- Employee Relations: managing absence, disciplinary actions, grievances and sickness
- Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement
- Performance Management: coaching managers on performance management issues and processes
- Talent Management and Organization Development
- Learning & Development: providing guidance on development for managers/supervisors and their teams
- Implementing the training and development plan; identify areas that need attention and improvement
- Recruitment, Selection and Retention
- Reward Management
- Implementation of new HR Policy & Procedures
- Working with Senior Managers/Supervisors, coaching them and advising on all relevant staff issues
- Managing HR budgets
- Manage HSE and Administration issues
Requirements for this position:
- University degree in Management or HR (International background is preferrable)
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in HR Management and Development
- Excellent language skills: Azeri, English and Russian
- High standard use of MS Office applications
- Confident directing HR and advising managers on all aspects of people management and development
- Able to cope with cultural differences
- Target oriented and resistant to overcome difficulties
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong understanding of employment law
