Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all HR operations in the company
• Lead a team of HR professionals
• Responsible for identifying requirements for recruitment, training and professional development of employees
• Implementation of existing personnel policies and procedures, creating of new policies based on requirements
• Supervise all activities and documentation in accordance with labor legislation

Education and Experience

• At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in HR
• University Degree
Position requirements:
• Upper-Intermediate level of Azeri and Russian, written and verbal, English is a preferable
• Proficient computer skills

Working conditions:

• Full time employee
• Salary is 1400-1500 AZN
