Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities

•   Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
•  Manage and monitor accounting and financial reporting systems;
•  Supervision of monthly statutory accounts closing;
•  Transformation schedule from statutory to IFRS accounts and preparation of monthly IFRS financial reports;
•  Supporting financial functions at subsidiaries and review of subsidiaries’ monthly financial reports;
•  Preparation of annual consolidated financial statements;
•  Preparation of budgets and forecasts as well as various ad hoc reports for the management;
•  Presentation of actual vs. budgeted consolidated performance to the board of directors;
•  Drafting/reviewing profit tax declaration together with tax advisors;
•  Liaison with external auditors, tax advisors and tax inspectors.

Required Qualification

•  Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or economics;
•  Good interpersonal and communication skills;
•  Good knowledge of MS Office programs;
•  Written and oral fluency in Azeri and English;
•  Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar position;
•  Good knowledge of international accounting principles and standards;
•  Knowledge and experience of local tax and reporting rules.
