DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
MAIN
(Main, essential, regular tasks & duties to be done. Responsibilities for team, processes & programs coordination and management)
• To perform the recruitment process ensuring that a minimum of vacancies exists that all sources are fully activated that all new hires are high caliber including pro-active recruitment activities.
• Under general supervision conduct recruiting process with Head of HR Department, monitoring of CVs, coordinate interviewing process (to schedule meetings, book conference room and invite candidates for an interview). May administer pre-employment tests to applicants.
• To prepare and update roles & responsibilities (Job Descriptions) according to business needs.
• To participate in the preparations headcount plans, human resources and related items budget and analyse and report monthly budget and actual comparisons.
• To be responsible for the update of CV database and recruitment sites and consultancies, coordinate with recruitment agancies.
• To operate the activities for compensation (grading) and fringe position specific benefits.
• To work in coordination with consultants / service providers such as lawyer, auditors, ERP consultants, etc.
• Salary Administration Staff Register, time-boards preparation, master list, emergency evacuation form.
• To perform cross functional tasks such as participating to surveys, business excellence projects, company activities etc.
• To act in accordance with the company rules and regulations
• To develop and maintain a positive employee relations environment and ensure uniform and consistent application of organization policies and procedures
• To provide effective HR partnerships required to deliver a comprehensive value-add service line
• To support corporate communications with regard to all aspects of the Human Resources strategy
• Coordinates and administers on-going training activities among individuals and teams to achieve organization's goals and objectives.
• Identifies training & development needs within organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and Head of HR Department
• Designs & develops training & development programmes based on both the organisation’s and individual needs
• Considers the costs of planned programmes and keeps within the budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development programme is becoming increasingly important.
• Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.

SECONDARY

• Answers more complex employee questions.
• Fills out forms and/or verifies information on forms submitted by employees.
• Verifies compliance with company policies and procedures and is able to handle non-standard events.
• Performs reference and background checks on applicants.
• Verifying payroll changes with computer printout; enrolling new employees in programs
• Conducting short orientation to explain benefits
• Processing and recording employee information, such as personal data
• Assisting in other employment activities
• Undertake responsibility to comply with all the Occupation Health, Safety and Sanitation requirements applied within the company
• Additional tasks as requested
• To maintain total confidentiality

Education:
Type & Level Bachelor Degree
Specific Professional Competencies
Language Skills: Language & Levels Azeri, Russian, English
Computer Knowledge & Skills MS Office
Work Experience: Area & Length At least 3 years related work experience
