Requirements

- High Education
- At least 2-3 year experience in the human resources field
- Having exposure on HR related policies, procedures as organization Development, HR Information Systems, Experienced in Compensation& Benefit, employee relations, training &development, employment
- Providing leadership, direction and expertise for the full scope of HR functions including: salaried and non-salaried employee relations, employee compensation, employee engagement and organizational design/change and recruiting and selection
 - Recruiting, mentoring, coaching & training direct (if applicable) and indirect reports on activities within areas of responsibility
 - Proactively managing HR systems in order to maintain integrity of employee and organizational data
- Good knowledge of labor code and employment related laws
- Must be proficient in the use of MS Office programs
 - Fluent Azeri, English and Russian language skills
