Description:
We are looking for experienced HR manager with a comprehensive and strategic understanding of HRM, business and capability issues and organizational change. Able to design and implement effective HR strategies whilst improving internal processes and procedures within a demanding environment, project deadlines and budgets.Can deliver results and cut through uncertainty.

Key responsibility areas:

  •     Direct and manage activities relating to personnel rules and regulations, staffing, employee education and training, management development, labor relations, staff compensation administration, benefits administration and recruitment & selection
  •     Approve and direct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards company goals
  •     Recommend and implement procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover
  •     Prepare and analyze HR budget
  •     Prepare and analyze HR related reports and ratios
  •     Participate in compensation and benefit surveys and conducts wage survey within labor market to determine competitive wage rate and remain apprised of current trends
  •     Hire, train, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action
  •     Identify, analyze, and facilitate resolution of employee relations problems
  •     Explain rules, policies, procedures, and company and governmental regulations to employees and emphasize the need for compliance
  •     Provide leadership, advice and counsel to the CEO, Management Board members in support of HR issues
  •     Establish and maintain goals, objectives, and plans for carrying out functions of the Department within overall company goals and applicable laws and regulations of the country
  •     Develop HR rules, policies, procedures and employee agreements

Requirements:

  •     University Degree (preferably Master’s degree in HRM with reputable Western and/or American University)
  •     3+ years HR related managerial experience
  •     Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
  •     Advanced MS Office user
  •     Fluency in Azeri, Russian and English
