Job Title: PREP HR and University Reations Advisor

Key accountabilities

1. Apply work experience in Human Resources in areas such as Recruitment, Compensation/Reward, Learning & Development, Employee Relations.

2. Manage deployment of PREP Trainees.

3. Act as single point of accountability for partnership with local and overseas universities.

4. Develop and maintain the University Engagement Strategy.

5. Identify a limited number of top university programs and initiatives worthy of corporate sponsorship.

6. Ensure auditable selection criteria are in place and funding established.

Essential Education

- Degree Qualified in one following areas:

• Economics

• Social Sciences

• Business/Public Administration

• Psychology

• Applied Maths

Essential experience and job requirements

- 5 years of experience in Human Resources

Desirable criteria & qualifications

Post graduate qualification in human resources management or professional certification such as CIPD is desirable.

• Experience in working with universities

Relentless drive and determination and ability to work independently

• Good analytical skills and data numeracy

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

• Proficiency with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Basic skill and experience with Enteprise Resource Planning system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft)

• High degree of ethics and integrity

• Willingness to travel (approximately 10%) to remote locations, including terminals, off-shore and out-of-country, when necessary
