JOB TITLE: Tax Accountant
EMPLOYER: Audit Company
Requirements:
Be a holder of University Degree in Economics or Finance
Have a minimum 3 years of relevant experience with Accounting and Finance
Have an excellent technical knowledge: expertise in local and international taxation, accounting
Be qualified or study towards obtaining of ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
Have good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
Be fluent in English and Azerbaijani and Russian
You will have a good knowledge of local business environment and community
You will be a strong team player
You will have strong communication & influencing skills
You will have good presentation & business writing skills
Responsibilities:
You will deal with wide aspects of tax issues for local and multinational clients
You will be driving client relationships, advising clients on future tax matters and acting as a trusted expert to your client portfolio.
Assist clients with accounting, payroll and tax compliance
You will ensure clients’ accounts are kept in compliance in accordance with required accounting standards
You will ensure provision of high quality technical expertise, aiming to exceed client expectations with respect to deliverables
You will contribute to continuous improvement of operational efficiency of the team and streamline the workflow.
You will supervising tax consultants and interns on assigned engagements.
You will ensure compliance of activities with technical & risk management requirements
You will identify opportunities and promote to clients other services of the Firm
