We are currently looking for the Auditor to complete the Accounting Team of our hotel. The Auditor is in charge of the day to day activities in regards to Accounting. The job incumbent insures accurate and timely submission of information to the Financial Controller. In addition she/he will be responsible for:

Main responsibilities:

-collating, checking and analysing spreadsheet data
-examining company accounts and financial control systems
-checking that financial reports and records are accurate and reliable
-ensuring that assets are safeguarded
-identifying if and where processes are not working as they should and advising on changes to be made
-preparing reports, commentaries and financial statements
-liaising with managerial staff and presenting findings and recommendations
-ensuring procedures, policies, legislation and regulations are correctly followed and complied with

Requirements:

• Attention to detail is essential
• Previous experience from accounting department in hotel industry is essential
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Opera or Fidelio is essential
• High levels of motivation, enthusiasm and an innovative approach
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, Russian both written and oral
• All responsibilities are carried out in accordance with hotel accounting and financial controls under the supervision and functional guidance of the Financial Controller, within the policies and procedures in line with hotel and corporate policies and guidelines, and the hotel's business plan.
