The Carpenter in a hotel must comply with the following rule:

To be familiarly with the policy and Procedure of work place
Be available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs
Install, maintain and repair wooden asset for job reason when is require
Able to repair or replace and calibrate door hinges and automatic door closer
Repair and rectify wooden mechanism for doors, cabinet, shelves, etc.
Repairing furniture as bed, chairs, tables, curtains, windows, etc.
Able to do wooden touch up for asset to look in good shape
Replace lock cylinders for doors and cabinet to keep as standard
Able to work on glass process and cut glass sheet panel if require
Assembly new asset and construct wooden partition
Measure and construct Jepson board partition and access panels
 Do joint connection and apply putty and doing paint as good finishing shape
Using all the carpentry tools in professional way avoiding any damage on asset
Submitting Preventive Maintenance Program for guest room as per engineering schedule
Keep in touch with direct supervisor by informing directly for any major problem on site
