Qualifications

• Degree in Finance
• Strong sense of responsibility and no record of bad conducts;
• Skilled with office software; -1C as plus
• Structured way of working and ability in managing pressure and stressing situations;
• A minimum of 1 years’ experience of cashier work, familiar with management of banking business(including payments and proceeds);

Language Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• Fluent with Azeri and Russian (English good level)

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of opening, closing or register bank account of company.
• Maintenance of payments and Proceeds according to the State Requirement;
• Ensure cash, bank vouchers, means of payment including seal of account Bank, password of bank account and so on, archiving documents of bank account are maintained;
• Preparation of transactions from receiving account according to the requirement.
• Preparation of daily fund report and send to the Head of Finance  Department, report the fund status of company exactly and timely; Reconciliation with bank in time, preparation of bank reconciliation reports standard and report to the Finance  Department
• relationship with  bank, help to handle daily banking business of company. Complete work task assigned by higher leader.
