Job description:

• Being responsible for all the finances of Yay Gallery
• Account management of Yay Gallery’s accounts (AZN,USD,EURO)
• Weekly report on income/outcome to line managers, monthly report to the head office
• End-of-year report
• Maintaining financial security
• Payment procedures and bank transactions under the control of line managers, necessary paperwork production
• Bookkeeping
• Financial information database, back up (special software will be provided)
• Budget forecasting, budget analysis
• Deep knowledge of taxation and financial law,
• Contracts reviewing (with the help of the lawyer)
• Cash flow control

Requirements:

• Financial education
• Proficient in English, Azerbaijani and Russian
• Work experience at least 3 years, including the payable/receivable experience
• Experience in the art industry will be considered as your advantage
• Good communication skills both verbal and writing
• Ability and desire to work as part of a team
