İşəgötürən: Baltika-Baku Brewery

Main Qualifications:

 

 Process full-cycle accounting according to government legislation and company policies;

 Bookkeeping of daily transactions;

 Preparation and submission of VAT and tax returns on supported ledgers;

 Tax reporting in accordance with local requirements, by using e-mail reporting program “BTP”(          Tax Office) and “B3Editor” (Social Fund) and Azerbaijan legislation, statistical reports for the government on monthly, quarterly, annual basis;

 Timely and accurate completion of monthly close processes for Stat/Tax;

 Perform other requirements of the company in respect to finance/accounting work.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  University degree in accounting, taxation, economics or finance;

  Job experience 2-3 years is required;

  Language skills: Azerbaijani, Russian-fluently, English-intermediate;  

  Computer skills: 1C 7.7 (8.2 preferred), Microsoft Office;

  Knowledge on tax and labor legislation;

  Be ready to work and assist with any kind of accounting information;

  Excellent organizational skills, working within deadlines and schedules;

 Assures compliance with local and corporate policies, regulations and laws;

 Determines proper handling of financial transactions and approves transactions within designated limits;

 Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts, cost centers and documents business transactions;

 

 Prepares work papers and supporting schedules for the annual financial review;

 Distributes monthly comparison reports and cost center reports according to schedule;

 Adheres to internal and external deadlines;

 Assist with annual budgets – prepares all allocations;

 Coordinate monthly closing process and reconciliation of general ledger accounts; Responsible for all taxes obligations;

  Support the Company’s mission, vision, values and goals in the performance of daily activities;

 Develop and implement various accounting procedures;

 Work with both internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits;

 Report, analyze, and ensure integrity of all financial information.
