Scope of activities:

 

 Water main construction

 Sewer construction

 Drain construction

 Water and sewer line construction management

 Water and sewage treatment plant construction

 Water and sewer line repair and maintenance

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

 Process full-cycle payroll accounting according to government legislation and company policies;

 Record and maintain vacation & sick leave reports; 

 Create and maintain employee files accurately

 Bookkeeping of daily transactions

 Preparation and submission of VAT and tax returns on supported ledgers 

 Tax reporting in accordance with local requirements, by using e-mail reporting program “BTP”( Tax Office) and “B3Editor” (Social Fund) and Azerbaijan legislation, statistical reports for the government on monthly, quarterly, annual basis.

 Timely and accurate completion of monthly close processes for Stat/Tax

 Perform other requirements of the company in respect to finance/accounting work

 

Candidate Profile:

 

 University degree in accounting, taxation, economics or finance.

 Job experience 2-3 years is required. 

 Language skills: Azerbaijani, English, Russian

 Computer skills: 1C 7.7 (8.2 preferred) , Microsoft Office,

 Knowledge on tax and labor legislation.

 Be ready to work and assist with any kind of accounting information.

 Excellent organizational skills, working within deadlines and schedules.

 Be ready to relocation between the company offices when necessary.

Salary: 600 to 800 AZN

 

Working   schedule:    09:00 – 18:00, 5 days a week
