AzerCredit is currently seeking a KIVA Coordinator for its Head Office.

The purpose of this position is to coordinate KIVA loans and all issues arising from KIVA project.

Work location will be at the Head Office of AzerCredit.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Being a primary coordinator of KIVA project in the organization;

Training Loan officers on KIVA loan policies and procedures;

Assigning clients for KIVA loans; collecting customer profiles;

Extracting loan and repayment schedules from Management Information System (MIS);

Make decisions on loan disbursements using PA2 website (Partner Administration), loans placing and monitoring, uploading payment report;

Maintaining KIVA files storage on a computer;

Ensures making necessary photos;

Placing descriptive text about each KIVA loan within 30 days before loan term expiry as a minimum;

Controlling the process of journals (texts) sending from branches when necessary.

Required Qualification, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

 

Higher education;

More than 1 year of work experience as Coordinator or position relevant to this area;

Fluency in Azeri and English (both written and spoken);

Knowledge of coordination/planning and documents preparation rules;

Ability to use office equipment (scanner, copier, phone, etc.);

Proficiency in PC usage: Outlook, MS Word and Excel programs;

Good appearance and good interpersonal, teamwork skills;

Loyalty towards the mission of the organization;

Ability to travel intensively to regions (20% of the workload is carried out directly in the regions).
