Vəzifə LEGAL ASSISTANT

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Understanding and supporting the Company’s philosophy and objectives;

Doing all within his/her ability to meet targets set by In-House Legal Counsel and work unceasingly to enable the Company to meet its goal;

Conducting all activities in compliance with Company policies and procedures;

Sending notification letters and drafting claims in pursuing court cases against defaulters;

Organizing administrative works as well as document management controlling the implementation of clerical work correspondingly

Handling any other legal duties assigned by In-House Legal Counsel.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

 

At least bachelor degree in Law (master degree is preferred);

1 year of work experience in any field or high level of education is preferred;

Knowledge of civil, civil-judicial, administrative responsibility, finance-credit and banking legislation is an advantage;

Fluency in Azeri (good knowledge of English and Russian are desired);

Proficiency in Microsoft and Office applications;

High level of loyalty towards the organization and its mission;

Excellent interpersonal skills;

Capability and willingness to take responsibility, to act independently and highly developed sense of rectitude.
