Education: 

 

Higher (Bachelor’s degree on engineering / finance / accounting / business administration)

Work experience:

 

Area and Length At least 2 year work experience in the field of asset management, finance, accounting, and business administration.

Computer Knowledge and Skills:

 

MS Office (Excel upper intermediate), Outlook.

Languages Skills:

 

  Azerbaijan language – excellent,  Russian – intermediate,  English - intermediate

Special professional skills:  

 

At least 2 year work experience in the field of asset management and inventory of fixed assets,

site visits,

assets count and reconciliation of actual quantities to books

Main responsibilities (Main, essential, regular tasks & duties to be done. Responsibilities for team, processes & programs coordination and management):

 

Fixed assets inventory counts the items in the field (sites, office, etc.).  Organize stock count on locations on annual, quarterly and monthly bases.

Coordinate activities with related parties and update the asset management inventory.

Keep higher management informed of sensitive and controversial issues and their resolutions.

Maintain database of assets and assist in data collecting, gathering and compiling data on AZRC assets.

Preparation of Items movements report.  Assign the item categories of technical equipment and materials. 

Conduct visual and field inspections.

Identify opportunities for improving service delivery methods and procedures for assets control.

Coordinate and assist project and operations managers in obtaining operational and maintenance records, performance criteria for individual assets.

Locate and affix an inventory barcode tag to each piece of equipment.

Database information registration and update.

Record equipment checkout and return within the database

Provide accurate equipment inventory reporting for all departments upon request.

Update the surplus equipment listing.

Authorize disposal of equipment when no longer in working condition.

Collaborate with team members to monitor asset disposals and movements. Maintain fixed asset system for counting, processing and reporting of the assets.
