Main responsibilities (Main, essential, regular tasks & duties to be done. Responsibilities for team, processes & programs coordination and management)
To compile and analyze accounting documents (invoices, contracts, PO) to make relevant entries to GL accounts.
To make necessary accruals in GL.
To reconcile statutory and USGAAP balances and P&L
To prepare account payables and account receivables reconciliation reports.
To analyze accounting entries in GL expense accounts to define: a. deductible costs for corporate tax purpose b. VAT input
To make necessary tax accruals in GL.
To reconcile statutory and USGAAP tax balances
To analyze cash expense reports for taxation and SSPF purposes
To prepare and submit statutory reports to Tax Authorities.
To reconcile tax balances in books to Taxpayer's Personal Account
To perform all other assignments given by the supervisor on timely basis and in an accurate manner.
Personal skills: Ability to work under pressure, to be initiative and creative, to possess organizational skills.
