Requirements:

 

Higher education (Mathematics or Computer science is an advantage) 

Experience in Business Applications Administrator

Deep understanding of design of multi-tier systems

Experience in development using C# or Java (J2SE/J2EE).Web development is advantage

Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL (PL/SQL or T-SQL is advantage) 

Knowledge of XML (knowledge of SOAP and/or XSLT is advantage)

1 year experience in software development.

Windows and Linux /Unix on advanced user level

Create normative and procedural documents on IT aspects of company’s activity.

Strong communication skills, both written and oral. 

Azerbaijan - fluent , Russian & English level at least pre-intermediate; 

Military service (mandatory)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manages all phases of the business applications projects preparation lifecycle ,gather initial business requirements, create requests for proposal and evaluation parts.

Administration of existing informational systems and tools in accordance with corporate standards and ITIL practices.

Work with QA Team to ensure appropriate quality level of software tools to release.

Conforms to Change Management

Ensures that distributive of the software tools and products are documented and stored appropriately.

Ensures that best practice approach is used and knowledge is shared.

Demonstrates new ideas of how to improve existing software tools and products

Provides assistance for the Business Customer to establish or evaluate existing business requirements.

Provides coaching and on job trainings for End Users.

Execute line manager’s and department heads verbal and written instructions to ensure fulfillment of work duties.

Execution of the duties in compliance with the procedures and instructions.

Provide confidentiality of the company data

Provide the confidentiality of the Passwords.

Preparation of reports on areas of responsibility.

Improvement of existing systems.
