Role synopsis

 

The Ethics & Compliance Team Case Specialist is responsible for contributing to the assessment of allegations that are submitted via the Fraud and Misconduct Reporting Standard (“FMRS”), via OpenTalk or other channels. The Case Specialist participates in investigations teams and provides support by document review, digital review, and financial analysis, participates in interviews and prepares interview memos, in accordance with the BP Investigation Guidelines. Allegations investigated include fraud, corruption, and other serious misconduct posing a significant risk to the BP AGTR or any of its businesses or joint ventures. The role is fixed term contract for 3 months (with possible extension to 5 moths)

 

Key accountabilities;

 

As Compliance Team Case Specialist, you will:

 

• Support ethics & compliance investigations

 

• Undertake document review, digital review, and financial analysis, and prepare a summary of work undertaken

 

• Participate in investigation interviews

 

• Prepares interview memos

 

Essential Education:

 

University Degree

 

Essential experience and job requirements:

 

• Exemplary and unquestionable personal integrity and moral compass

 

• Demonstrated Audit or finance analysis experience

 

• Excellent analytic skills, with significant attention to detail. Be able to read Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages

Desirable criteria & qualifications:

 

• Fluent speaking in Azerbaijani, Russian and English

 

• Excellent active listening skills.

 

• Ability to work collaboratively with others to manage conflicts and conduct difficult discussions and close matters in a timely manner.

 

• Relevant Professional Qualification (e.g. audit, accountancy, legal) would be an advantage
