Caspian Investment and Development Corporation (CIDC) Baku LLC is embarking on a major project in the production of fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) and the production of raw materials to facilitate this strategy with the development of a new plant.

 

Following successful commencement of Production the Baku based state of the art manufacturing works requires the assembly of a project team with high skill, proven potential and the ability to drive the vision of CIDC. 

 

We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Company.

• Developing, manageing and implementing creative, effective and successful annual marketing plans for the stores along with the chain marketing strategy and 

• Preparation of annual marketing plan and budget

• Marketing plans should include – Advertising, Sales Promotion, Product Development, Pricing & Distribution.

• Keep effective control of budgets

• Prepare required complete presentation to Senior and Top Management staff

• Manage Marketing Division

• Supervises the monitoring of all Marketing and Branding campaigns, news related to competitor to keep abreast of any developments to act accordingly

• Comply with Company’s policy and procedures

• Maintain close liaison with all departments on activities and seek any advise if required

• Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the General Director/Chairman

 

Requirements and skills for this position:

 

• University education in Marketing or BA (International background is preferable)

• Minimum 5-7 years experience Marketing experience with FMCG (Paper products i.e. tissue, hygiene  or baby diapers) and bigger retail chains

• Demonstrate proven track record

• Excellent Management skills

• Ability to train and coach people

• Able to cope with cultural differences

• Target oriented and resistant to overcome difficulties

• Excellent language skills: Azeri, English and Russian

• High standard use of MS Office applications
