Market Research Specialist

 

Requirements:

 

- Higher Education. Preferably a B.A. in Economics / Management / Marketing. Other Human Science disciplines will be considered as well

- 1-2 years of experience in Reporting / Research / Analysis in Telecom, FMCG or Financial Sectors

- Experience in Telecom will be a plus

- Experience in working with massive amounts of data

- Structured and methological thinking

- Ability to drive and clearly explain business oriented conclusions from various and complicated sets of data

- Ability to pay attention to the smallest details together with broaden view

- Strong execution capabilities Ability to deliver timely and precise information under pressure

- Fluent Azeri and English, 

- Proficiency in MS Office / Access / SPSS.

- Advanced Excel user

- SQL skills will be a plus

- Ability to work until late hours, on weekends and on holidays when necessary

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

Provide deep and detailed analysis and forecasts of Commercial Performance of the company and its products & services in areas that will be determined by the management

Analyzing dynamics, trends and performance of the competitors in local market. Monitoring the international trends in telecommunication industry and their impact on commercial strategy of the company.

Improvement of reporting and analysis procedures and infrastructure. 

Preparation of periodic and ad-hoc reports and presentations. 

Support in preparation of commercial and financial analysis for business cases for changes in existing services/products and introduction of new ones. 

Active participation in BI/DWH/Data Mining Projects in commercial domain of the company
