Position: Chief Accountant / Finance Manager Representative of International Company

Salary: 2000-2500 AZN(NET)& more ( Depends of Candidate )

 

Requirements:

 

Master’s Degree in Finance /Accounting

Master’s degree in Business Administration will be a plus

Experience: 6+ years experience in finance (experience in international Company be advantage )

Hands on team management approach. Managed up to 3 people

Experience providing monthly financial reporting, managing project accounts, and financial management experience

Labor & Tax Code (perfect knowledge)

Should be detail oriented and analytical problem solver

Ability to respond effectively to the inquires or complaints

Should be able to meet specified deadlines

Organization skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize workload and to work under stress

Have good knowledge and working experience of tax accounting procedures and IFRS reporting practices

Be proficient with an enterprise accounting software and financial reporting applications as well as Microsoft Excel

Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency (spoken and written) in Russian, Azeri and English

The candidates with an international certificate credentials such as ACCA, CPA or CIMA are highly preferable

Responsibility

 

Formation and operational reflection of accounting and tax operations 1C 8.2;

Expertise of incoming documents and contracts;

Interaction with the bank in the AZ-settled in the currency exchange controls;

Preparation and submission of financial and tax reporting in accordance with the laws of AZ;

Interaction with the parent company, the monthly reporting to the parent company in accordance with the standards, preparation of financial reports for management.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual budget performance reports

 

Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of internal management reporting requirements

 

Assist with accounting close procedures, including creation of analytic reports and special projects relating to specific account balances and procedures

 

Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual IFRS financial statements from the financials prepared in local tax accounting basis

 

Assist in technical accounting research related to the proper application of accounting pronouncements and guidance, including the implementation of new accounting pronouncements

 

Develop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed

 

Prepare quarterly, semi-annual and annual financial information binder to be

 

Perform special analyses and projects as and when requested by the General Manager

 

Perform other duties as assigned by General Manager
