Position/Title: Project Assistant
Classified Grade:  SB 2/2
Office/Project:  “Azerbaijan’s First Biennial Update Report to the UNFCCC” project
Entry Date: As soon as possible
Duration: 12 months (with a possibility of extension)
Duty Station: Baku, with trips inside the country and abroad
Duties and Responsibilities:  See the attached TOR (http://www.un-az.org/vac/2014/April/TOR%20PAA_Eng_BUR.pdf)

Qualifications:

• University Degree in business administration, finance, environment, social sciences
• At least two years administrative experience;
• Proven experience in logistics and handling of procurement
• Good computer skills, including excellent knowledge of MS Office or equivalent software package;
• Excellent knowledge of English and Azerbaijani.
• Experience in the UNDP projects is an asset

Remuneration: SB 2/2 carries a gross salary $1211 per month, plus social security package.
