Job description:

• Control Accounts Receivables on a regular basis
• Control other receivables of bank’s accounts and cash flow
• Contact with debtors and make reconciliation of loans on a regular basis
• Proceed with contractual obligations in case of overdue in payments
• Prepare an Account Receivable report to the management  on a regular basis
• Proceed with ledger to record administrative and other expenses

Candidate Requirements:

• High education ( Accounting or Law sector)
• At least 2 years experiences in such fields
• Age criteria is up to 30 years old
• 1C accounting software knowledge is mandatory
• Ability to work on Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work with bank/cash documentations
• Reporting administrative and commercial expenses
• Control and monitor vendor invoices, collaboration /reconciliation with suppliers
• To be familiar with chart of accounts and records
• Russian and English languages knowledge is preferable
