Vəzifə: Project Manager
İşə götürən: Baku 2015 European Games

Purpose  

Provide project management support to Functions and Venues to support them in the day-to-day planning, readiness and operational delivery of the Baku 2015 European Games.

Key accountabilities  

• Function and Venue work planning: facilitate planning activity for Functions and Venue teams, ensure accurate definition of scope, lead the development of work breakdown structures with appropriate estimation of resource and schedule
• Risk and issue management: undertake daily risk/issue identification, response planning and resolution
• Project communications: support, and where required lead, the dissemination of project communications across teams and management of the organising committee
• Readiness tracking: identify and document readiness objectives and cases, record case histories from the outcomes of testing and input information collected centrally onto the relational database
• Reporting: ensure the timely and consistent reporting of progress, risks, issues and decisions – with escalation as required
• Cross-functional projects: play a leading role in the management
of projects for the purpose of cross-functional collaboration, integration or complex problem solving

Knowledge, experience and qualifications required
 
• A track record of successful project management and delivery of a wide range of complex projects at a senior level
• Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
• Project Management certification from a recognised institution
(e.g. PMI or PRINCE2)
• Familiarity with sports, entertainment and hospitality industry
concepts
• Demonstrated ability to identify problems and develop solutions
• Structured thinker, highly organised
• Flexible, resilient and positive through organizational growth and
change

• Əmək haqqı kalkulyatoru - Bu kalkulyator vasitəsiylə Siz aylıq əmək haqqılarının (Güzəştli və Güzəştsiz) açıqlamarla hesablamasını.
