Requirements

Higher Education;
At least 1 years work experience preferably in a multinational company;
Procurement experience is an asset;
Commercial, Telecom, IT, experience is an asset;
Understanding commercial figures;
Understanding of the supply chain, procurement process and total cost principles;
Thorough knowledge of processes in own area;
Planning and supplier performance measurement;
Negotiation, legal and supplier selection process basics;
Communication possibly guidance;
Order and receipt management;
Market analysis within responsibility area;
Data maintenance of required documents, supplier’s information, acceptance acts, etc in responsibility area;
Deviation handling;
Contract administration of related purchases;
Knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages (fluent) ;
Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) skills;
IT at experienced user level (ERP Navision);
Free of Military obligation;

Roles & Responsibilities:

Execute and ensure procurement process in accordance with timeframes, procedure, and processes.
Purchase Order management (placement, follow up, reporting, closing, etc)
Analyses of opened MSR.
Follow up, revision, verification, accuracy, check, report on execution of purchase requests.
Market analyses, search for required materials off/on shore, maintenance & follow up of Supplier’s database.
Prepare, hold, evaluate, finalize, report biddings/information requests, finalization of the product/service selection by preparing required documents/explanations ground reasons for the selection.
Negotiation of most favorable terms of purchase.
Reporting/Analyses. Purchase requests (MSR’s), PO’s, Savings, Supplier (ABC analyses), task progress other if required.
Supplier Selection / Evaluation.
Initiation of Payments Request/Follow Up payments.
