Vəzifə: Sales / Marketing Coordinator

• Working in close collaboration with the Director of Sales, the person filling this position will work on ensuring the success of the company's Marketing/Sales activities through direct marketing and hotel support responsibilities
• Will be responsible for implementation and tracking of all communications to Rezidor loyalty programme's members and partner promotions.
• Maximization of company's visibility through partner promotions.
• Prepares communication work-plans as a part of the departmental work plan.
• Promotes hotel's image and activities on national, regional, local and international levels through advice and information.
•  Contracts in-house guests to foster additional business, repeat bookings or referrals to other Rezidor hotels
•  Coordinates activities related to booked business with other departments.
•  Increases sales volume and profitability by assisting in developing and executing projects for assigned market areas as stated in the hotel marketing plan  
• Prepares proposals with the Director of Sales that are geared to maximize profit while satisfying guest needs
• Conducts market analysis to determine guest needs, occupancy potential, desired rates, etc;
• prepares accurate forecasts as requested from Sales Manager or Director of Sales
• Uses outside sales calls to generate new business from local corporates
• Fulfills all planned activities in line with the department Business Plan
• Achieves budgeted goals by executing sales activities within assigned market segment

Requirements

• Dynamic, outgoing and result oriented sales person
• Good communication and social skills
• Good team player
• Flexible and co-operative
• Active selling and fighting the competition in the market
• To have a strategic view and good understanding of the hotel business in general
• Knowledge of the local market would be an asset
• Previous experience in a similar position is required
• Fluent English, Russian, Azerbaijani both written and spoken
• Experience with Opera would be an advantage

Working hours-09:00-18:00, 5 days in a week, off on weekend.
