Position summary:

Under the supervision of the Director of Admissions, the Admissions Officer is responsible for assisting in all aspects of admissions cycle for the graduate programs at the School of Business (currently MBA and Executive MBA).

Duties and responsibilities:

    Dealing with all organizational matters of the admissions campaign based on the Admissions Plan for each cycle;
    Organizing on and off campus events for prospective candidates;
    Assisting prospective candidates in all aspects of the application process;
    Presenting Graduate Programs offered by the School of Business for the prospective candidates;
    Representing ADA during Education Fairs;
    Working with Online Application System;
    Conducting Information Sessions for potential applicants;
    Assisting in event management (mock up classes, receptions, open houses, etc).;
    Handling inquiries (online, phone calls and on-campus visits);
    Assisting Associate Director of Graduate Admissions for the School of Business in other admissions related activities;

Requirement:

    BA degree in humanities; MA degree is a plus;
    Excellent communication and presentation skills;
    Fluent English, Azerbaijani and Russian is an advantage;
    Ability to work in team environment;
    Good computer skills;
    Long-term commitment to the job is preferred.
