Vəzifə: Commercial Specialist

• To support and oversee commercial elements of the change process to ensure that the appropriate pricing and commercial considerations are adhered to
• To escalate issues relating to exposure to commercial risk to the designated authority within the business.
• To review where appropriate the pricing of new business/change proposals to verify they are aligned with business/company margin, risk and contingency provisions
• To review and advise upon liabilities in new and existing contracts
• Monitoring compliance with existing regulations on pricing in the preparation of contract documents
• Preparation of calculations and conclusions for price negotiation with contractors contractual prices for works and services;
• Analysis of technical and commercial proposals, budgets and cost estimates for works and services, in the estimates for construction and installation work;
• Preparation and normalization of data for analysis
• Creation of sections reporting on business
• Responsible to establish the first project budget/forecast based on handover bid from Sales Department
• Responsible for the updates of changes to the forecast based on inputs from project management and other project team members as applicable
• Responsible for monthly Project Cost Report and Project Management Report
• Follow up reimbursable costs
• Evaluate the economic impact of changes/variations in scope of work
• Perform  economic   analysis, forecasts, deviations reports etc
Increase other Departments’ awareness of the Cost Control function
• Review of commitments
Assist procurement on invoices from Subcontractors /Suppliers

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor at Economical direction
• Age: 25-45
• Perfect in  Azerbaijani , English, Russian,
• Excellent computer skills
