    Responsibilities and Objectives:
    - Assist in updating HSSE Strategy
    - Advising on the definition of specific HSSE goals and objectives and the setting of those for the project team
    - Participate in risk management including the identification and management of all threats and opportunities
    - Assist in the setting of HSSE targets
    - Update HSSE plans and other documentation as required
    - Review project documentation and provide advice as required
    - Develop HSSE contractual clauses
    - Review potential contractor HSSE related documentation
    - Participate in Fabrication and Engineering Contractor Tendering process
    - Implement BP Group practice
    - Represent BP at Facility management forums
    - Participate in HAZOP, HAZID and ENVID process as required
    - Review project related documentation
    - Advise in the development of project electronic document management system
    - Review selected construction contractor documents and system prior to commencement of fabrication
    - Conduct contractor readiness reviews and participate in GO, No Go process
    - Communicate BP HSSE expectations to all levels of suppliers and contractors during contract award process and at contract commencement
    - Participate in incident investigation as required
    - Facilitate or Conduct meetings, risk review sessions, HSSE workshops as required
    - Assist in the development of a competency and training matrix
    - Audit contractor organisations as required
    - Participate in “Lessons Learned” Process
    - Provide HSSE input into the define / execute stage SDP and PEP
    - Participate in project concept development from a constructability perspective
    - Deputize for Delivery Team Lead or act as Incident Commander when required
    - Interface between Operations and Project construction organisations
    - Liaise with local authorities and third party entities when required
    - Lead and Co-ordinate site HSSE safety team
    - Stop unsafe work
