Vəzifə: Document Controller
İşə götürən: Pasha Construction

Key accountabilities:

• To quality check all information issued by the Design Team and Contractors to ensure information is aligned with the project protocols
• To upload generated communications, minutes etc. to the software (BIW) system providing references for all documents aligned with the protocol.
• To maintain a hard copy master set of all construction documentation
• Maintain and update the work package list and companies distribution matrix
• Provide access to software (BIW) for all newly appointed Trade Contractors
• Maintain up to date and establish the rights for the various users
• Provide printed status reports
• Assist in the collation and uploading of tender documentation
• Provide introductory training to Trade Contractors in the procedures and protocols in the use of the software (BIW) system.

Required skills/experience:

• Hold a university degree, preferably in civil engineering
• Fluent in Azerbaijani and English – written and spoken
• Experienced in document management system
• Knowledge of document control procedures, AutoCAD and BIW software
• Capable of working in a team environment
