POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Executive Education, the Program Coordinator is responsible for development, planning, implementing and evaluating training programs for government agencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Responsible for training programs’ administration;  
    Supporting in establishing new contacts with government agencies on a regular basis and working closely with them;
    Communicating with MFA and other government agencies on regular basis and responding to their requests for new programs;
    Participating in assessment of the specific training needs of MFA and other government agencies;
    Assisting in developing academic calendar, program description and program budget;
    Responsible for payment procedures (training instructors and clients);
    Assisting in development of marketing materials i.e. brochures, website etc.;
    Working closely with ADA staff members on implementation of the programs’ objectives;
    Working closely with ADA and visiting faculty (travel arrangements);
    Developing the training agenda and all course materials;
    Overseeing quality control throughout the entire program;
    Monitoring, evaluating and reporting progress on program implementation to the Director of Executive Education on a regular basis;
    Developing, updating and maintaining the database of the training programs (government agencies).
    Developing mid-term and annual reports to be submitted to the Director of Executive Education;
    Performing all other related duties as assigned by Director of Executive Education.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    BA International Relations, Business Administration and Public Administration, MA preferably;
    At least 2-3 years program administration experience in public agencies and international organizations;
    Strong organizational skills;
    Ability to work in team;
    Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
    Excellent written and verbal skills. Fluency in English and Azeri. Good command of Russian language;
    Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word and outlook.
