Requirements:

    Technical education is required;
    1-3 years of experience with IT Help Desk;
    Basic knowledge of networking and configuration of network equipment ;
    Knowledge of VoIP (configuration, setup and etc);
    Knowledge of Windows 7 Environment;
    Professional technology handling;
     Fluency in Azerbaijani and upper-intermediate in English (technical terminology);
    High communication skills with users;
    Detail oriented with the good problem solving skills ;
    Ability to work independently as well as in a team;
    Ready to learn and develop within team;
    Organizational skills, ability to perform in a professional manner;

Position Summary:

    Handling of IT Help Desk
    Support users by providing solutions on any technical issue
    Assist on server equipment issues
    Install and update software for all PCs upon the request
    Equipment monitoring
    Support users by developing documentation and assistance tools.
    Administration of the following products:MS Office, MS Visio, MS Project, LegalAct, 1C;
    Work schedule: 09:00-18:00; 5 days a week.
