Responsibilities:

    Evaluating user needs and system functionality;
    Ensuring that ICT facilities meet the needs of individuals and projects;
    Ensuring the smooth running of all ICT systems, including anti-virus software, print services and email provision;
    Supporting users by developing documentation and assistance tools;
    Providing secure access to the network for remote users;
    Supporting and maintaining user desktop and laptop computers, performing data migrations, troubleshooting desktop issues;
    Providing users with appropriate support and advice;
    Managing crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems;
    Keeping confidentiality among circulating information in computer network;
    Keeping up to date with the latest technologies.

Requirements:

    3+ years of relevant experience;
    University degree;
    Advanced computer skills in MS Office Applications, email systems;
    Knowledge of networking and configuration of hardware support LAN/WAN;
    Strong communications skills, both written and oral;
    Detail oriented and ability to multi-task;
    Fluent in Russian and Azeri; English is preferred.
