Responsibilities:

• Manage and improve business planning and budgeting process;
• Manage and improve forecasting system;
• Manage and improve IFRS transformation and reporting system;
• Manage and improve the process of reporting to regulatory body and Head Office in Russia;
• Manage and improve the financial analysis procedure and recommend strategies for the improvement of financial stability of the Bank;
• Conduct regular market analysis and provide recommendations for the Bank’s product offerings improvement;
• Conduct actual vs plan analysis and provide justifications and recommendations on variances occurred;
• Conduct an analysis of how operational decisions impact on financial results of the Bank and communicate those results to CFO;
• Participate in IT projects as finance department representative;
• Improve methodological base of the finance department (procedures, policies, instructions, etc.).

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics (preferably in abroad);
• 3+ years’ experience in middle management position (preferably in bank sector);
• ACCA qualification is preferred;
• Computer literacy (MS Office advanced level);
• Strong analytical skills;
• Excellent planning and organizing skills;
• Result oriented;
• Fluent in Russian, Azeri and English.
