  Responsibilities:

• Evaluating user needs and system functionality;
• Ensuring that ICT facilities meet the needs of individuals and projects;
• Ensuring the smooth running of all ICT systems, including anti-virus software, print services and email provision;
• Supporting users by developing documentation and assistance tools;
• Providing secure access to the network for remote users;
• Supporting and maintaining user desktop and laptop computers, performing data migrations, troubleshooting desktop issues;
• Providing users with appropriate support and advice;
• Managing crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems;
• Keeping confidentiality among circulating information in computer network;
• Keeping up to date with the latest technologies.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience;
• University degree;
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office Applications, email systems;
• Knowledge of networking and configuration of hardware support LAN/WAN;
• Strong communications skills, both written and oral;
• Detail oriented and ability to multi-task;
• Fluent in Russian and Azeri; English is preferred.
