 Job description
At least 2-3 year experience in the human resources field
Having exposure on HR related policies, procedures as organization Development, HR Information Systems,  employee relations, training &development,
Good knowledge of labor code and employment related laws
Must be proficient in the use of MS Office programs
Fluent Azeri, English and Russian language skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of people management, coaching and leadership skills
High level of attention to detail, well developed influencing, negotiating and consulting skills
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Strong presentation skills
Strong analytical skills
Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision
Ability to work with all levels of management
