Requirements
At least 2-3 year experience in the human resources field
Having exposure on HR related policies, procedures as organization Development, HR Information Systems, Experienced in Compensation& Benefit, employee relations, training &development,employment
Good knowledge of labor code and employment related laws
Must be proficient in the use of MS Office programs
Fluent Azeri, English and Russian language skills
