Role synopsis BP Azerbaijan-Georgia-Turkey Region (AGTR) invites skilled candidates to apply to Payroll Coordinator position within HR Reward team. Payroll Coordinator will report to HR Payroll Lead.

Key accountabilities As Payroll Coordinator, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Provide timely response to all employment verification requests including visa support letters to foreign embassies.
o Conduct accurate and confidential filing of all required paperwork in employee files.
o Work with labour books: filing, checking work history records, making copies upon requests from employees
o Act as a back-up to payroll lead upon request
o Respond to Team Leader and employee queries regarding company policies – providing ‘help-line’ service as required
o Add to the efficiency of the HR Reward team by providing support for delivery of presentation material through proficient use of Word, Excel and Power Point
o Assist the Reward Team in booking meetings, dealing with correspondence and communicating with the line.
o Improve the HR profile within the business by providing client-focused administrative support to defined high standards

Essential Education

- University degree

Essential experience and job requirements

- Strong Azerbaijani and English language skills
- Basic SAP application skills

Desirable criteria & qualifications

- Understanding of Labor code of the Azerbaijan Republic
