Position/Title: Project Senior Expert on Sustainable Land Management
Classified Grade:  SB 3/3
Office/Project: “Sustainable Land and Forest Management in the Greater Caucasus Landscape” project
Entry Date; As soon as possible
Duration; 12 months (with a possibility of extension)
Duty Station Baku, with trips inside the country and abroad

Qualifications:

    A university degree in economics, agriculture, environment or any other filed;
    At least 3 years of experience in land management issues;
    Strong knowledge of land management issues in Azerbaijan, including the political, institutional and socio-economic contexts;
    Working experience with ministries and national institutions in Azerbaijan;
    Proven team management expertise – must be able to manage team work, work in team environment and lead team work
    Strong computer skills, in particular mastery of all applications of the MS Office package and internet search;
    Writing and communication skills in English and Azerbaijani

Remuneration: SB 3/3 carries a gross salary per month 1890 USD plus social security package
