Requirements
Higher education;
1-2 years of experience in sales/marketing/merchandising relevant field;
Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian, intermediate knowledge of English languages;
Knowledge of MS Office;
Driving license
Free of military oblication

Roles & Responsibilities:

Working closely with department head to decide how products should be displayed to maximize customers interest and sales. Following available planograms for stores.
Control renovation process in POSs according Nar Mobile brand book and accept POSs after finalization renovation.
Identifying supply difficulties of advertising materials and dealing with any problem or delay as they arise.
Ensuring advertising materials stock for POS materials and in-shop communication is done with proper POS materials.
Identifying merchandising needs with Direct & Indirect Sales teams and providing required activities with brand consistency.
Making financial presentations to team leader/ providing proper reports
Gathering customer reaction to products
Defining needs of Sales Agents in the shops such as uniforms, badges and fulfilling these needs according to brand with coordination of Sales Teams
Visiting and assessing Service points/stores as per approved visit plan.
Conducting   BTL actions
Maintaining comprehensive library of appropriate data
