Requirements and Qualifications:
1) Education
• A university degree in the area of finance/accounting (minimum bachelor degree, master’s degree preferred);

2) Experience and Knowledge
• At least 3 year of  practical working experience;
• At least 2 years of work experience with IDPs;

3) Other necessary skills:
• Fluent Azeri and English;
• Excellent computer skills (MS Windows, MS Excel, Word);
Consultants will be selected in accordance with the World Bank’s Guidelines:
Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (January 2011).
