HR Training Specialist

Requirements

Higher education;

At least two year of experience in training and development;
Fluent Azerbaijani and Russian, intermediate English language skills;
Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point);
Free of military obligation;

Required Competencies

Result and detail oriented;
Entrepreneurial spirit;
Team Player;
Excellent communication skills;
Excellent organizational skills;

Roles & Responsibilities:

Finding out new actual themes of trainings, seminars, consulting direction;
Drawing up training, seminars, consulting direction descriptions, proposals; 
Training Scheduling;
Meeting with training vendors and providers;
Preparation of certificates, travel reservation activities of trainers, financial operations, sales of Company’s services, organization of trainings and conferences;
Drafting letters to different public and private structures, banks;
Drawing up and sending the reports (tax, pension fund, income tax);
