Job objective
Perform and accomplish all the accounting processes of the country level. Take charge of accounting policy compliance , tax accounting and statutory financial report . Group and statutory audit support. Human management of local accounting team. Rountine communication with accounting Headquarters Accounting Dept, document archives etc.
Key responsibilities
1\ Assist the Headquarters Accounting Dept to perfom Accounting processes of country level i.e Record Accruals, Provisions , Balance Sheet Accounts Reconciliation and Analysis,report and analysis process etc.
2\ Update or design the rules of Preparing Reports in conformity with Local Accounting Criteria through policy investigation and gap analysis.
3\ Check the Daily Cash Book and Cash ledger done by cashier against Actual counted Cash to safeguard
4\ Check Payments according to approval requirement of Company regulation
5\ Ensure the AR&AP Invoices, receipts and other supporting documents are uploaded .Follow up Company Tax issues suchc as PAYE,SOCIALSECURITY,CIT &VAT
6\ Indentify and Report Major problems in the Finance system to the relevant people.
7\ Assit the team leader to manage daily work, include but not limited checking on work attendance and making the backup
8\ Assit the team leader to manage the annual audit, tanalysis the financial statement.
9\ To Coordinate and Organize Financial regulation Training for the new Staff in the local office
10\ Maintenance good relationship and routinely communication with business dept.
11\ Attend To and Follow up queries raised by SCC and All staff
12\ Other job arranged by team leader.

Competencies required NA Educational degree:
Bachelors Degree/ACCA

Work experience:
At least 3 years work experience in reputable Company
