DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain and update client data base
• Handling correspondence
• Handling telephone enquiries efficiently
• Updating hotel database
• Hotel Site Inspections with prospective clients
• Liaising with the media for photo shoots, editorials, advertisements
• Communication of special deals
• Coordination of images and text for tour operator brochures
• Attending to brochure requests
• Updating information on Sales & Catering
• Preparing Sales packs
• Knowledge on Microsoft office
• Designing e-cards and adverts
• Ensure all hotels in the region carry brochure stock of the hotel and vice versa
• Source Sales opportunities for the hotel within the region and forward sales leads with the hotel employed at being one’s primary focus
• Communication of upcoming specials, deals and events to prospective clients.
• Communication of special deals, upcoming events to clients
• Managing client profile information files
• Assists in the completion of reports
